Welcome to Artsters! We are passionate about providing safe, inspiring, and joyful process art experiences for young creators and their families. By booking or participating in any Artsters class, workshop, or event, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please take a moment to read through them.

1. General Enrolment & Payments

• Payment Upfront: All bookings for term classes, drop-in sessions, outdoor sessions, and holiday clubs must be made and paid for in advance through our online booking system.

• Non-Refundable: All bookings are final and non-refundable unless a session is directly cancelled by Artsters.

• Sibling Discounts: Discounted sibling rates apply strictly to brothers and sisters attending together. Sibling tickets cannot be transferred to or used for cousins, friends, or other family members.

2. Parent-Supervised Sessions (Artsters Play & Open Studio)

• Adult Entry: Every standard booking automatically includes entry for one adult per child, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the session details.

• Session Swapping Policy: If you are enrolled in a weekly term block and cannot attend your regular session, you may swap to an alternative Artsters Play slot within the same week, subject to space availability.

• You must notify us of your request to swap by 7:00 pm the night before the session you plan to attend, and swaps cannot be carried over into future weeks or terms.

• Gifting Your Slot: If you cannot attend and do not wish to swap, you are welcome to gift your session spot for that specific week to a friend. You must inform us of their name, contact details and any relevant medical information prior to the session start.

• Parental Responsibility: Parents and carers remain fully responsible for their child(ren) at all times during supervised sessions. You are responsible for ensuring your child plays safely and that their behaviour remains respectful and considerate towards other attendees.

3. Drop-Off Sessions (Clubs & Workshops)

• Age Limits: Drop-off sessions are strictly for children within the specified age range for that event.

• Arrival & Collection: Children must be signed in and picked up promptly by an authorised adult named on the registration form. Please notify us in advance if someone else will be collecting your child.

• Medical & Contact Forms: A completed registration form—including emergency contact details, allergies, and medical information—must be submitted prior to the start of the session.

• First Aid: In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or accident, trained Artsters leaders will administer basic first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services. Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.

• Code of Conduct: We aim to cultivate a warm, inclusive environment. We reserve the right to contact parents/guardians for immediate collection if a child’s behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others.

4. Outdoor Sessions

• Supervision: Parents and carers remain 100% responsible for their child(ren) at all times during outdoor sessions. Children must not be left unattended in park or outdoor spaces.

• Weather Policy: Outdoor sessions run in most weather conditions (a bit of rain won't stop us!). However, in cases of severe or unsafe weather (e.g. high winds, heavy storms), sessions will be cancelled at least 2 hours prior via email or text message.

• Weather Refunds: If Artsters cancels an outdoor session due to extreme weather, a full refund or transfer credit will be provided if the session is paid for.

5. Cancellations by Artsters

• If Artsters needs to cancel any individual session or event (due to leader illness, venue issues, or extreme weather), you will receive a full refund for the face value of that specific session.

6. Messy Play, Clothing & Belongings

• Process art is wonderfully tactile and messy! Please ensure both adults and children wear old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty, stained, or wet.

• Artsters is not responsible for any damage to clothing, footwear, or personal items. Please keep personal belongings stored safely away from the active art areas.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

• Play at Your Own Risk: Participation in any Artsters session is entirely at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence, breach of duty of care, or lack of due diligence by Artsters.

• Illness: If your child or anyone in your household is unwell or displaying infectious symptoms, please keep them at home to protect our community.

• Allergies: While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Medical Assistance: In parent-supervised sessions, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or carer to manage medical needs or seek assistance in the event of illness or accident.

8. Photo & Video Policy

• From time to time, we may capture photos and short video clips during sessions for marketing, social media, and website use.

• We will always ask for your explicit consent on our registration forms before publishing any images featuring your child. You may opt out at any time by speaking to a session leader or emailing us directly.
