Let us put the 'art' in party and celebrate your special occasion at our bespoke Artsters Studio!

Arty Party

​We’re all about colourful fun, messy hands and creative celebrations that feel relaxed, joyful and totally unique. ​​

An Arty Party Package includes:

 

1.5 hours exclusive use of our Artsters studio

All materials and resources

Personalised Artsters e-invite to share with guests

Painty birthday banner to decorate

Birthday child's siblings are free (but must be included in the total attendee numbers)

Party hosts can arrive 30 minutes before party start time to set up decorations/snacks​

We offer two types of Arty Party - choose the style that suits you from the packages below!

 

We can also create a more bespoke set up for your celebration, feel free to get in touch.

Play Party

ages 1-5 years

  • 60 minutes of free-flow art play

  • Signature 3D cardboard cake to paint

  • 30 minutes for party food and wash-up time (host to provide food; we provide warm soapy water and bubbles)

  • Capacity for up to 15 children (max)

  • To keep the studio comfortable for all, we ask for one adult per child maximum (not including the party hosts)

Create Party

ages 6-11 years

  • 60 minutes of structured art/craft workshop tailored to your child's interests

  • Led by a member of the Artsters team (DBS-checked)

  • Party food can be enjoyed alongside the session (host to provide)

  • Up to 12 children included (max 15 at £15 per additional child)

  • Guest parent drop-off available

Availability is limited as we are only able to host a small number of parties each month, so early booking is recommended.

Party Terms and Conditions

Party Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment

  • An £80 deposit secures your booking and must be paid at least 2 weeks before the party date.

  • The final number of children and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days before the party.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations with at least 2 weeks’ notice will receive a deposit refund.

  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the party: all deposits are forfeited.

  • If Artsters cancels, you will receive a full refund.

  • Artsters is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, public health restrictions).

 

Studio Parties (Play Party & Create Party)

  • You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate or set up food.

  • Party includes 90 minutes exclusive studio use (60 minutes activities + 30 minutes food/cake and clean-up).

  • Adult supervision: maximum 1 adult per child (not including hosts) for Play Parties; drop-off available for guests at Create Parties.

 

Mobile Parties (Your Venue / Hired Venue)

  • Please allow 1 hour before and 1 hour after the party for setup and clean-up.

  • The venue must permit messy art activities, have wipeable flooring, and must not have carpets. Please confirm with the venue before booking.

  • Parents/hosts are responsible for any damage caused to the venue.

  • We provide all art materials, resources, setup and pack-down. Decorations and party food are the responsibility of the host.

 

Messy Activities

  • Activities may involve paint, glue, and other materials that may get on clothes. Please advise attendees to wear old clothes and to bring a change of clothes/towel for clean up and to continue the party.

  • A limited number of aprons will be provided.

 

Allergies & Medical Conditions

  • Parents/carers must inform Artsters in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility needs that may affect participation.

  • Parents/carers are responsible for administering or seeking any necessary medical assistance.

 

Safety & Responsibility

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence by Artsters staff.

  • Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times and ensure behaviour does not affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

  • Artsters is committed to providing a safe environment and high-quality service but cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Photography & Media

  • Artsters may take photos or videos during the party for marketing or social media purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in advance.

 

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
