Deposit & Payment

• An £80 deposit secures your booking and must be paid at least 2 weeks before the party date.

• The final number of children and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days before the party.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations with at least 2 weeks’ notice will receive a deposit refund.

• Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the party: all deposits are forfeited.

• If Artsters cancels, you will receive a full refund.

• Artsters is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, public health restrictions).

 

Studio Parties (Arty Party & Create Party)

• You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate or set up food.

• Party includes 90 minutes exclusive studio use (60 minutes activities + 30 minutes food/cake and clean-up).

• Adult supervision: maximum 1 adult per child (not including hosts).

 

Mobile Parties (Your Venue / Hired Venue)

• Please allow 1 hour before and 1 hour after the party for setup and clean-up.

• The venue must permit messy art activities, have wipeable flooring, and must not have carpets. Please confirm with the venue before booking.

• Parents/hosts are responsible for any damage caused to the venue.

• We provide all art materials, resources, setup and pack-down. Decorations and party food are the responsibility of the host.

 

Messy Activities

• Activities may involve paint, glue, and other materials that may get on clothes. Please advise attendees to wear old clothes and to bring a change of clothes/towel for clean up and to continue the party.

• A limited number of aprons will be provided.

 

Allergies & Medical Conditions

• Parents/carers must inform Artsters in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility needs that may affect participation.

• Parents/carers are responsible for administering or seeking any necessary medical assistance.

 

Safety & Responsibility

• Participation is entirely at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence by Artsters staff.

• Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times and ensure behaviour does not affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

• Artsters is committed to providing a safe environment and high-quality service but cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Photography & Media

• Artsters may take photos or videos during the party for marketing or social media purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in advance.

 

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
