1. Booking & Payments

​

Securing Your Date: An £80 deposit is needed within 48 hours of us confirming availability. If it isn't paid within 48 hours, the slot will be reopened for other bookings.

Final Balance & Numbers: Please confirm your final guest numbers and pay the remaining balance at least 7 days before the party. Payments made at the 7-day mark are non-refundable, and late reductions in guest numbers cannot be discounted.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

4+ Weeks' Notice: Cancel at least 28 days before the party for a full refund of your £80 deposit, or move your booking to a new date.

2 to 4 Weeks' Notice: The deposit is non-refundable, but we can transfer it to a new party date within 6 months.

Less Than 2 Weeks' Notice: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as staff and materials will already be allocated.

If We Cancel: If Artsters needs to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

Unforeseen Events: If severe weather or venue issues force a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a new date.

3. Studio Parties

​

Timings & Departure: You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up food and decorations. Studio bookings run for 90 minutes (60 minutes of art activities + 30 minutes for food, cake, and clean-up). Please ensure all guests depart promptly at the end of the slot.

Adult Guests: To ensure everyone has enough room to move around comfortably, we ask for a maximum of 1 adult per child (excluding party hosts).

4. Mobile Parties

​

Setup & Pack-Down: Please allow us 1 hour before the party to set up and 1 hour after to pack away.

Venue Requirements & Damage: Venues must have wipeable flooring (no carpeted areas, please!) and allow messy art activities. The booking host is responsible for any damage caused to hired or private venues by party guests.

Food & Decor: We supply all art materials and handle the activity setup/pack-down. Food, drinks, tableware, and party decorations are down to you.

5. Messy Clothes

​

Dress to Get Messy! We use real paint, glue, and craft materials that can stain. Please let your guests know to wear old clothes they don't mind getting dirty. Bringing a spare outfit or a small towel is always a great idea!

6. Health & Medical Info

​

Please let us know at least 7 days in advance if any attending children have allergies, medical conditions, or extra requirements we should know about.

Parents, carers, or hosts remain responsible for administering any necessary first aid or medication.

 

7. Safety & Supervision

​

The party host (booking client) and attending parents remain responsible for supervising the children throughout the event to keep everyone safe and happy.

Participation is at guests' own risk. Artsters is not liable for personal injury or damaged belongings, except in cases of proven staff negligence.

8. Photos & Videos

​

We love sharing party fun! We may occasionally take photos or short videos during the event for our website and social media. If you or any of your guests prefer not to be filmed or photographed, just drop us an email before the party.

9. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
