Artsters Play (Under 5s) introduces young children to process art through open-ended creative exploration. We recommend that babies are sitting securely and well-established in their weaning journey. Non-walking siblings under 12 months attend for free (but please ensure they are added to your booking form). SESSION DETAILS Each session begins with the Artsters song and an introduction to our Artist of the Week, which inspires a different Mini Masterpiece for your child to create each session. Children then move freely between various stations featuring artist-inspired activities, alongside core resources such as our easels, paper roll, and signature painty wall. When the Rainbow Song plays, it's time to clean up at the soapy water tubs provided for washing hands. WHAT TO BRING Paint can be messy, and you might find that your child prefers to use their fingers, toes, and even their mouth to explore it! Old clothes for both adults and children are essential, or Artsters t-shirts can be purchased online or at the studio. Please ensure you bring an old towel, wipes, and any other supplies required for cleaning up after the session. LOCATION & ACCESS Sessions take place at Unit L, Linwood Centre, Linwood Lane, LE2 6QJ. Parking is available in the car park or on the street. To enter, find the Artsters sign at the main entrance and use the intercom by pressing A–Z, scrolling to Unit L, and pressing the bell. By completing your booking, you agree to the following key terms: - Payments & Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. If Artsters needs to cancel a session, a full refund for that specific class will be issued. - Session Swapping (Artsters Play Term only; subject to availability and change): If you cannot make your regular term class, you may request a swap to an available slot within the same week by notifying us by 7pm the night before. Please note that term bookings take priority, so confirmed swaps remain subject to space and may be revoked if the session reaches capacity. Alternatively, you can pass your spot for that week to a friend by letting us know their name, contact details, and relevant medical information by 7pm prior to the class start time. - Sibling Discount: Discounted sibling tickets are strictly for brothers and sisters (where offered). - Supervision & Safety: For parent-led sessions, parents and carers remain fully responsible for their child(ren) at all times, as our activities may involve small parts. For drop-off sessions, children must be dropped off and collected promptly by an authorised adult. - Mess & Liability: Please wear old clothes! Artsters is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items. While we take every care with our resources, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation is at your own risk.
