Join us at our spooktacular Halloween Specials, with plenty of spellbinding arty activities for all the family! WHO CAN COME? We welcome children aged 9 months - 7 years old, with TWO adults per booking at no extra charge. Extra adults beyond this are a small additional fee. Siblings under 12 months are FREE! WHAT HAPPENS AT AN ARTSTERS PLAY SPECIAL? We're all about the freedom to explore art at your own pace, so it's totally up to you and your little one how you interact with our activities! Feel free to get stuck in straight away at our themed process art stations, or take your seasonal Mini Masterpiece straight to our craft table to complete. There will be cleaning stations provided at the end of the session, and we will let you know when it's time to start washing up. WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Paint can be messy, and you might find that your child prefers to use their fingers, toes, and even their mouth to explore it! It's our aim to give your child the opportunity to play with art however they wish, but it does mean that paint can make its way onto clothes, so old clothes for everyone are a must. You can also add an Artsters T-shirt to your order, or purchase one from us on the day. Please bring an old towel, wipes and anything else you need to clean up. WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE? Our Special will be held in the Dining Room of Beaumont Hall at the University of Leicester Botanic Gardens, Stoughton Drive South, LE2 2NA. There is ample street parking on Glebe Road which is just a short walk to the venue. There is an accessible entrance with a ramp, as well as plenty of space for pushchairs in the room. By completing your booking, you agree to the following key terms: - Payments & Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. If Artsters needs to cancel a session, a full refund for that specific class will be issued. - Session Swapping (Artsters Play Term Classes Only): If you cannot make your regular term class, you may swap to an available slot within the same week by notifying us by 7pm the night before. Alternatively, you can pass your spot for that week to a friend by letting us know their name, contact details and relevant medical information by 7pm prior to the class start time. - Sibling Discount: Discounted sibling tickets are strictly for brothers and sisters (where offered). - Supervision & Safety: For parent-led sessions, parents and carers remain fully responsible for their child(ren) at all times, as our activities may involve small parts. For drop-off sessions, children must be dropped off and collected promptly by an authorised adult. - Mess & Liability: Please wear old clothes! Artsters is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items. While we take every care with our resources, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation is at your own risk.
