Bring the Artsters magic to your special occasion with an Arty Party! An Artsters Party Package includes: - 1.5 hours exclusive use of the bespoke Artsters - All materials and resources - Personalised Artsters e-invite to share with guests - Siblings are free (but must be included in the total attendee numbers) - Party hosts can arrive 30 minutes before party start time to set up decorations/snacks Artsters Play Arty Party (ages 1-5) - 60 minutes of free-flow art play: sensory station, easels, paper roll, giant painty wall, colouring, take-home craft, and our signature 3D cardboard cake to paint - 30 minutes for party food and wash-up time (host to provide food; we provide warm soapy water and bubbles) - Capacity for up to 15 children (max) - To keep the studio comfortable for all, we ask for one adult per child maximum (not including the party hosts) Artsters Create Arty Party (ages 6-11) - 60 minutes of structured art/craft workshop tailored to your child's interests - Led by a member of the Artsters team (DBS-checked) - Party food can be enjoyed alongside the session (host to provide) - Up to 12 children included (max 15 at £15 per additional child) - Drop-off available All party date requests are provisional until confirmed by Artsters. An £80 deposit is required to secure your booking. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Payment - An £80 deposit secures your booking and must be paid at least 2 weeks before the party date. - The final number of children and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days before the party. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations with at least 2 weeks’ notice will receive a deposit refund. - Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the party: all deposits are forfeited. - If Artsters cancels, you will receive a full refund. - Artsters is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, public health restrictions). Studio Parties (Arty Party & Create Party) - You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate or set up food. - Party includes 90 minutes exclusive studio use (60 minutes activities + 30 minutes food/cake and clean-up). - Adult supervision: maximum 1 adult per child (not including hosts). Mobile Parties (Your Venue / Hired Venue) - Please allow 1 hour before and 1 hour after the party for setup and clean-up. - The venue must permit messy art activities, have wipeable flooring, and must not have carpets. Please confirm with the venue before booking. - Parents/hosts are responsible for any damage caused to the venue. - We provide all art materials, resources, setup and pack-down. Decorations and party food are the responsibility of the host. Messy Activities - Activities may involve paint, glue, and other materials that may get on clothes. Please advise attendees to wear old clothes and to bring a change of clothes/towel for clean up and to continue the party. - A limited number of aprons will be provided. Allergies & Medical Conditions - Parents/carers must inform Artsters in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility needs that may affect participation. - Parents/carers are responsible for administering or seeking any necessary medical assistance. Safety & Responsibility - Participation is entirely at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence by Artsters staff. - Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times and ensure behaviour does not affect the safety or enjoyment of others. - Artsters is committed to providing a safe environment and high-quality service but cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Photography & Media - Artsters may take photos or videos during the party for marketing or social media purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in advance.
